The Sign of the Horns is used in many culture to ward off the evil eye (or malocchio). Mano Cornuto means “horned hand” in Italian (Black Sabbath's Ronnie James Dio of Italian origin was known for popularizing the sign). It's an ancient charm referring to the horns of the Moon Goddess because the horns symbolize the fertility and they are crescent moon's sign.
I included a "Perthro" nordic futhark rune carving (intaglio) to the amulet, perthro is said to be related with the Norns (female beings who spin the threads of fate) and is associated with luck, magic, mystery, feminine power, divination and many more.
